The course includes learning how to:

  • Use  sharp tools safely and get a razor edge
  • Select, cleave and axe the wood ready for making the spoon
  • Use the bowl hook & knife safely and efficiently
  • Add the finishing touches and maybe make another one
  • Finally to finish your work to take home

The cost is £60 per person and is available on the following date: TBA. The course is for a maximum of 12 participants and will run from 10am–4pm.  Tea & coffee are provided, lunch can be purchased from the restaurant. Please wear suitable clothing and boots and arrive at 9.30am for a prompt 10am start.
